Okay. So no more homemade fried doughnuts…
I’m officially trying to lose weight, I’ve always been on the round side…??? Don’t really know how to say this, I’m Fat, there I said, it, just kidding, that was a Family Guy moment, but in all seriousness…I need to get in shape, not just for being fat, but to be healthy, my dad is diabetic at his age now, and I don’t want to have to deal with that when I get older, so I’m thinking it would be smart to get a start (hehe rhyme), early in life.
So far, I’ve lost 13 ell bees in 4 weeks, not bad, but I’ve hit a lull…so I’m not losing fast anymore, so I’m gonna have to add to my AbLounging…hey, it works if you use it right…it’s just like crunches, except it doesn’t hurt my back…and I’m not getting paid to say that.
